Editorial & Advertising Policy

Our reviews are independent and honest. Businesses cannot pay for a review or for a better rating.

Featured and sponsored placements

Sometimes we highlight a listing or event at the top of a page. If that placement is paid for, it is always labelled Sponsored. Unpaid editorial highlights are labelled Featured.

Hospitality

If we ever accept a complimentary meal or stay, we say so clearly in the review.
